iPhone / iPad: You won’t be asked until you tap the button above (or the first time the app registers push). You need iOS/iPadOS 16.4+ and to open the app from the Home Screen icon (not only inside Safari).
Where to change later: Settings → Notifications — scroll to RUNA Admin (or the site name). If it’s not listed, try Settings → Safari → Notifications / website settings for your domain.
Still nothing? The server must have the Firebase Web Push (VAPID) key in config — otherwise the app never requests push.

Install once, check for updates after a deploy, or reload — for internal office tablets and phones.

Find double bookings: same unit with crossing dates (e.g. 9–11 and 10–12 both claim night 10).
Find reservations with the same guest name, stay dates, and unit (often caused by double-clicking Save).

Open Inventory PWA → After you deploy a new version, use Refresh phones so iPhones and other paired devices reload the latest app (they also recheck about every 90 seconds while the app is open).

🏠 Staff Home (phones)
One app for staff with top tabs: Calendar (no guest names), Bikes, and Cleaning. Uses the same inventory pairing slots. Birutė’s standalone cleaner app is unchanged. Open Staff Home PWA →

🛒 Rentals-only (phones)
Same pairing codes and device slots as Inventory Devices above. Use this when staff should open only on-site rentals (not the calendar or cleaning tabs). Paired devices still appear in the inventory list. Open rentals PWA → After you deploy, use Refresh all paired phones so rentals and inventory apps reload the latest build — you do not need to pair again. (The same action is also under Inventory Devices above.)
